A wonderful cocktail recipe for the summer!
15 Tiger Shrimp
Cocktail Sauce:
½ cup Chili Sauce
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
½ cup Ketchup or ground tomatoes
½ cup Chopped Parsley
½ cup Horseradish from your local grocery store
1 Drop hot sauce or Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp Salt
Lemon for garnish
This is an easy version of the shrimp cocktail recipe. Great for eating outside on a hot summer day, it is a non-alcoholic drink recipe. To begin, remove heads and tails of shrimp, discard. Clean shrimp with cool water. Boil for about 4-5 minutes. Do not overcook or the shrimp will be tough and not as tasty. Chill shrimp in the fridge. Combine all ingredients to make the sauce. When shrimp are chilled, place into serving dishes or cocktail glasses. Pour cocktail sauce over the shrimp. Garnish with shrimp cocktail with a lemon, and serve! |
