30 ml light rum
3 tbsp coconut cream (makes the drink very smooth)
3 tbsp crushed pineapple
Crushed Ice
Pineapple juice if desired
Condensed milk and coconut milk will work instead of coconut cream
The Pina Colada is a popular favorite cocktail recipe for the hot summer months. Fruity, creamy, and smooth, it’s deliciously cool on the palette. Fill glass with crushed ice. Transfer ice to blender. Add all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Serve with a straw and a pineapple wedge garnish (pineapple leaves add a nice colorful touch) if you have some.
