A popular cocktail recipe!
60 ml Whiskey, Rye, or Bourbon
15 ml Sweet Vermouth
15 ml Dry Vermouth
Small Dash of Bitters
Ice
An alternative is to use only Sweet Vermouth (and cut out the Dry Vermouth) but add more bitters (about two or three times as much).
Mix ingredients together with ice (stirring gently). Pour into a cocktail glass, garnish with a cherry and serve.
