15 ml Melon Liqueur
15 ml Malibu Rum
15 ml White Rum
15 ml Coconut Cream
30 ml Pineapple Juice
1 cup of Crushed Ice
A Pineapple wedge and a couple of Pineapple leaves for garnish.
As far as alcoholic drink recipes go, for the summer months, this one’s a winner! Fresh and fruity, it cools the palette on a hot summer day. Pour all contents except the pineapple wedge and leaves into a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a large (preferably chilled) martini glass. Place the pineapple wedge on the edge of the glass. Add further garnish in the centre or side with the leaves. Enjoy!
