A fruity cocktail recipe, great for the patio.

Fresh Peach (1-2 depending on size)
120 ml Champaign

Peel and puree the peach(es). Slowly pour Champaign into glass and stir. For a simpler version, you can substitute the fresh peach with peach schnapps.. but the resulting consistency is drastically different.
